Georgica Services Ltd. is looking for a skilled and personable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, personalized recommendations, and a seamless service experience. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for the automotive world, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the main liaison between clients and technicians.
Provide expert advice and personalized service recommendations.
Order parts and utilize microfiches/parts diagrams to find procedures.
Build and bill out estimates efficiently.
Ensure top-tier customer service from check-in to vehicle pickup.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a service advisor is a must.
Strong time management & organizational skills.
Quick learner & self-motivated.
A team player with a professional and friendly attitude.
Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, and customer-focused.
Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
Tech-savvy.

Important Location & Schedule Info:

This is an in-office position, Tuesday through Saturday. (We are closed Sunday and Monday!)
