As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, personalized recommendations, and a seamless service experience. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for the automotive world, we want to hear from you!

- Serve as the main liaison between clients and technicians.
- Provide expert advice and personalized service recommendations.
- Order parts and utilize microfiches/parts diagrams to find procedures.
- Build and bill out estimates efficiently.
- Ensure top-tier customer service from check-in to vehicle pickup.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a service advisor is a must.
- Strong time management & organizational skills.
- Quick learner & self-motivated.
- A team player with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, and customer-focused.
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy.
Important Location & Schedule Info:
- This is an in-office position, Tuesday through Saturday. (We are closed Sunday and Monday!)
- We are located on the far end of the South Fork of Long Island—commuting is a key factor to consider - traffic can make the commute more than two hours each way. Please consider this BEFORE applying.
