Are you the person who keeps a busy shop organized, technicians productive, and parts arriving before anyone has to ask?

Georgica Services is a growing, high-end independent repair facility specializing in European vehicles. We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to take ownership of our parts department and keep parts operations organized, accurate, and ahead of production.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Research, source, and order the correct parts for each repair.
  • Track orders, deliveries, backorders, returns, credits, cores, and warranties.
  • Receive and verify incoming parts for accuracy and condition.
  • Add accurate parts, pricing, and availability to estimates.
  • Stage complete jobs before technicians begin work.
  • Monitor ETAs and proactively resolve delays before they affect production.
  • Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, technicians, and the Shop Foreman.
  • Maintain organized parts storage and inventory.
  • Manage vendor relationships and source competitive pricing.
  • Help control parts costs, margins, and overall department profitability.

What We’re Looking For: 
  • Previous automotive parts experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, sourcing, pricing, and vendors.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple orders and priorities at once.
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead.
  • Clear communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with European, luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
